745.99 PENALTY.

(a) Upon the conviction of any person, firm or corporation or the driver, owner or operator of a taxicab of the violation of Section 745.01, such person is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second or subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) The violation of any other section of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 1722. Passed 1-17-49; Ord. 80-74. Passed 10-21-74.)
