745.04 MEDICAL EXAMINATION FOR DRIVERS.

   All operators and drivers of motor vehicles licensed under this chapter shall, prior to the operation of any such vehicle, have medical examinations of a general nature to assure the City and passengers that he or she is not subject to seizures, fits, blackouts, does not have a heart condition or any other ailment or disease that may cause a condition that may endanger the passenger. A report from a practicing physician duly licensed by the State of Ohio must be filed with the Mayor and kept on file in the permanent record maintained in the Mayor's office. (Ord. 72-68.
