739.04 FEE.

The Race Car Inspector is authorized to collect a fee for the inspection of motorcycles, stock cars, automobiles or other motor vehicles used for the purpose of racing in competition with other vehicles within the City, the fee to be the sum of one dollar ($1.00), and such fee shall be paid by any person, firm or corporation operating the motorcycle, stock car or other motor vehicle for the purpose of racing within the City. (Ord. 1917. Passed 9-8-53.)
