739.03 MUFFLERS REQUIRED.

   All motorcycles, stock cars, automobiles or other motor vehicles used for the purpose of racing in competition with other vehicles within the City shall be equipped with standard mufflers of commercial manufacture, the muffler to be employed to efficiently muffle exhaust noises from the internal combustion engines of any vehicle.
