735.99 PENALTY,

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating a provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. At least a minimum of five dollars ($5.00) to twenty-five dollars ($25.00) is mandatory.
