735.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

   No person shall open, conduct, operate or exhibit a public show, exhibition or public dance, as such terms are defined in Section 735.01, without first having obtained a permit therefor from the Mayor and without having paid the permit fee as hereinafter required. Such permit shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises where the public show, exhibition or dance is held for public view. This permit shall be valid for a period of one year after issuance.
