721.11 REVOCATION OF LICENSE; NOTICE.

The Mayor shall revoke the license of any licensee under this chapter who shall violate any of the terms of this chapter, or any of the rules and regulations established and adopted by the Mayor pursuant to Section 721.08 hereof. The Mayor shall notify the licensee by registered mail, directed to his last address, of such revocation. (Ord. 1996. Passed 5-2-55.)
