721.10 REFUSAL TO GRANT LICENSE; NOTICE.

The Mayor is authorized and empowered to deny any application for a license for a coin-operated machine displayed or used contrary to the terms of this chapter. He shall notify the prospective licensee by mail, directed to the last address of the prospective licensee, of his decision to deny the license. (Ord 1996. Passed 5-2-55.)
