721.09 RULES AND REGULATIONS OF MAYOR.

The Mayor is authorized and empowered to establish, adopt and enforce or cause to be enforced, such rules and regulations concerning or governing the issuance of licenses required under this chapter as he may deem reasonable and necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 1996. Passed 5-2-55.)
