721.06 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.
   All licenses shall expire on December 31 of the year for which they were granted. Upon the transfer of ownership of a coin-operated device, the registration shall expire and it shall be the duty of the original owner to immediately remove the aforementioned registration plate, tag or sticker. Should the original owner make application for the registration of a coin-operated device at any time during the remainder of the registration year, he may file an application for transfer of registration accompanied by a transfer fee of one dollar ($1.00) and the original certificate of registration. The transfer of the registration plate, tag or sticker from the coin-operated device for which originally issued to a coin-operated device purchased by the same person in whose name the original registration was issued, shall be done within a period of not to exceed ten days. No credits or unused portion of the original registration shall be allowed. (Ord. 1996. Passed 5-2-55.)
