721.02 LICENSE AND REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

   No person, firm, corporation, club or society shall maintain, operate, have in possession or be permitted to maintain, operate or have in possession in or about any premises under his or its control, which premises are open to the public or to the membership of any club or society, any coin-operated amusement device or coin-operated musical device, unless a license and registration for each device shall have first been obtained by the owner thereof from the Mayor.

   "Premises which are open to the public" or similar words, as used in this section, include clubs, private club headquarters and meeting places of fraternal and other societies, associations and bodies, and all other public places. (Ord. 1996. Passed 5-2-55.)
