715.02 VIOLATIONS.

   Any contestant who violates any of the rules and regulations laid down by the Boxing and Wrestling Commission may be barred from further or future participation in any public or private athletic exhibitions within the City until clearance is obtained from the Commission, but no contestant shall be barred by the Commission except upon a majority vote of the members duly appointed to the Commission, except for physical reasons when the member may be barred by the Commission's physician.
