709.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever violates Section 709.01 shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for a first offense and not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any subsequent offense. (Ord. 433. Passed 5-19-19.)

   (b)    Whoever violates Section 709.04 shall be fined twenty dollars ($20.00) for a first offense and for each subsequent offense, such person shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00). In addition to such fine, for conviction upon a second offense under Section 709.04, the license issued under this chapter shall be revoked by the Mayor and shall not be reissued to such licensee for a period of one year from the date of conviction.

   For the fine and costs in a prosecution under Section 709.04, the billiard table and fixtures at the place where the violation occurred are liable on execution without exemption.
