709.02 FEE.

   The Mayor shall issue a license upon personal application and the payment of an annual license fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each pool or billiard table. The fee for the license required by Section 709.01 pertaining to bowling alleys shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year for each bowling alley establishment, and a further fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be charged for each bowling alley bed operated in such bowling alley establishment. The Mayor shall issue the license, which license shall be good for one year from its date, unless sooner revoked. (Ord. 2171. Passed 3-17-53.)
