552.02 RESPONSIBILITY OF TRANSFEREE.

No person, firm or corporation purchasing a motor vehicle from the City of Dover at either public or private sale, either outright or as a trade-in, shall permit the name of the City of Dover or other official markings to remain on the vehicle more than twenty days after the delivery of the title thereto.
