552.01 REMOVAL OF MARKINGS REQUIRED.

   The Director of Public Safety and the Director of Public Service are hereby authorized to require that, as a condition to the sale of a motor vehicle owned by the City of Dover at either public or private sale, either outright or as a trade-in, all markings, including the name of the City of Dover must be removed on or before the twentieth day after delivery of title to the purchaser of the vehicle.
