537.29 USE OF CITY FACILITIES FOR PROFIT PROHIBITED.

The City of Dover hereby establishes a City policy prohibiting the use of Municipal facilities for profit making activities or events. This prohibition does not include activities or events by non-profit charitable organizations or non-profit fund raising events.
