517.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.

(b) Whoever violates Section 517.01 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). (ORC 3767.99(K))
