830.09 ENFORCEMENT.

Any license holder operating a mobile food vending unit in violation of any provision of this chapter or any rules and regulations promulgated by the village shall be subject to a civil infraction pursuant to Section 202.99 of the village codified ordinances. Each act of violation and every day upon which a violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.
