The 2015 NFPA Fire Code, including Annexes A through F, as published by the NFPA, is hereby adopted as the Fire Code of the Village of Dimondale (the “Code”). All of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part thereof, as if fully set out in this Chapter, with the amendments as set forth in Section 1610.03. A copy of the Code shall be kept on file in the offices of the Village and at Windsor Township Emergency Services, and may be inspected during regular business hours.
