1070.06 COLLECTION BY WASTE HAULER.

The Village shall contract with the Waste Hauler exclusively for the collection of weekly residential curbside collection. No other hauler shall be contracted for weekly curbside collection by the Village while the Village is under contract with the selected Waste Hauler.
