1430.06 APPEAL TO CIRCUIT COURT.

An owner aggrieved by any final decision or order of Council under Section 1430.04 may appeal the decision or order to the Eaton County Circuit Court by filing a petition for an order of superintending control within twenty days from the date of the decision.
