1246.99 PENALTIES; EQUITABLE REMEDIES.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable for a Municipal civil infraction as provided for in Section 202.99 of these Codified Ordinances.

(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall also be subject to a civil action seeking invalidation of the land division and appropriate injunctive or other relief.
