1240.05 SEPARABILITY.

Should any portion, section, clause or provision of this chapter, or the Public Act adopted by reference by this chapter, be declared by any court to be unconstitutional or illegal, such holding shall not be deemed to affect the validity of any part or portion of this chapter other than the part so declared to be invalid.
