1060.07 TRAFFIC CONTROL.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful to continuously cruise in or on any motor-driven vehicle in or through any area of the park or recreation system. To continuously cruise is herein defined as the repeated driving of a motor-driven vehicle in and through a recreation area without stopping for the purpose of using the park or recreation facilities.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor-driven vehicle of any kind or nature except on roads or designated areas with the exception of vehicles for those individuals with a physical impairment.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor-driven vehicle on any park or recreation road at a speed exceeding 15 miles per hour or any speed greater than that posted.
   (d)   Parking is restricted to designated areas only.
