1040.47 RULES, REGULATIONS AND BYLAWS FOR SYSTEM OPERATION.

The Dimondale-Windsor Sewer Board may make such rules and regulations governing the operation of the POTW and the collection of charges as it may deem necessary, consistent with State and Federal laws and regulations and local ordinances.
