Unpaid charges for sewage disposal service furnished to any premises connected to the POTW shall be a lien against the premises. Enforcement of this lien shall be made pursuant to these Codified Ordinances and/or State statute. This lien remedy does not preclude any other remedy provided by law. The Township, pursuant to State statute and contract with the Village, will assist in the collection of all delinquent charges.
