1040.22 WASTEWATER DISCHARGES.

No person shall discharge, without a permit, to any natural outlet within the Township or the Village, or in any area under their jurisdiction, and/or to the POTW, any wastewater except as authorized by the Superintendent in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
