No person shall be issued a driveway or curb cut permit until he or she has filed a performance bond with the Clerk. Such bond shall be conditioned upon the performance of all authorized work in a workmanlike manner and upon the repair and restoration of any property affected by the authorized work to its condition prior to such work, all to the satisfaction of the Street Commissioner.
