844.11 DECLARATION OF NUISANCE.

In addition to the penalties provided for in these Codified Ordinances, a violation of this chapter, or any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of this chapter, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and may be abated by the Village as such, and shall be cause for the immediate revocation of a license.
