844.06 EXCEPTIONS TO CHAPTER.

(a) Licensing Requirement. Pay telephones, newspaper vending devices, pay television, pay toilets, automatic teller machines, money changers, stamp machines, turnstiles and parking meters are exempt from the licensing provisions of this chapter.

(b) Fees. Duly recognized nonprofit civic, educational and religious organizations shall be exempt from the fee requirements of this chapter.
