828.08 INTERIOR VIEWS REQUIRED.

In every billiard parlor or poolroom, the windows in front of the building shall permit anyone to view the entire interior of the premises from the outside front of the building, and no partitions shall be permitted which provide a closed room, except that toilet rooms shall be partitioned off and shall be of reasonable size.
