The Council shall, at its discretion, suspend for any period or indefinitely any license required by this chapter, or revoke the same entirely, if it is satisfied that any billiard parlor, poolroom, bowling alley or other place for the playing at games by the public, for which such license is issued, is kept in any respect in disregard or violation of the laws or ordinances of the Village, or that drunkenness, disorder, profanity, obscenity or the sale or consumption of intoxicating liquor is permitted or tolerated therein.
