642.01 MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OR INJURY OF PROPERTY.

   (a)   Personal Property. No person shall willfully and maliciously destroy or injure the personal property of another.

   (b)   Houses, Barns or Buildings. No person shall willfully or maliciously destroy or injure any house, barn or other building of another.
