212.03 DESIGNATION OF AUTHORIZED VILLAGE OFFICIALS.
   The following persons are authorized to issue Municipal civil infractions or Municipal civil infraction violation notices under this chapter:
   (a)   Any Village police officer or Eaton County Sheriff or Deputy Sheriff.
   (b)   The Building Official, the Code Enforcement Officer or the Zoning Administrator.
