§ 73.07 PARKING PROHIBITED ON TUESDAYS FROM NOVEMBER 1 TO APRIL 1 FROM 7:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
   No vehicle, trailer, or other equipment shall be parked along city streets on Tuesdays from November 1 to April 1 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
