§ 52.25 PURPOSE.

In areas of the city, edge drains have been installed behind the curb to help maintain the condition of the street. Edge drains can also be utilized for handling the ground water discharge from sump pumps. Property owners are hereby allowed to utilize edge drains for this purpose as long as they comply with the following conditions of this subchapter.
