(A) Snowmobile transit on city streets, avenues, and alleys is only permissible when traveling to and from designated trail access and service areas as designated by state and county snowmobile routes; or during inclement weather when automobile travel is restricted. Operators must adhere to traffic laws.
(B) It shall be unlawful to carry more passengers than a snowmobile is designed for.
