If services are discontinued for the reason of a delinquent utility bill, a service charge, as set forth in the fee schedule in § 34.01, will be added to the bill and collected before services are restored. If services are requested to be reinstated any time other than the street employees’ regular working hours, the property owner is liable for the overtime incurred.
