§ 75.03 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER.

This chapter shall not apply to the sale of impounded motor vehicles or abandoned motor vehicles which are being disposed of in accordance with the terms and conditions of M.S. Ch. 168B, as such chapter may be from time to time amended, supplemented or replaced.
