(A) The Police and Fire Departments will have a fee schedule for false alarms in residential and commercial/multi-housing uses as contained in Chapter 34 or as set by resolution.
(B) The Police Chief and Fire Chief are responsible for reviewing all alarms to determine if they are chargeable. Acts of nature such as high winds, lightening, or power outages that cause alarms to malfunction shall not be considered chargeable.
(C) False alarm fees must be paid within 30 days after receiving written notice from the city that the fee is due.
