§ 96.02 ALARM SYSTEMS UTILIZING TAPED OR PRERECORDED MESSAGES.
   No person may install, monitor, or use and possess an operative alarm which utilizes taped or prerecorded messages which deliver a telephone alarm message to the Police or Fire Department.
