§ 51.03 WATER TO BE METERED.
   All water furnished by the Water Department shall be measured by meters furnished by the consumers. The type of such meter to be specified by the city. Meters shall be maintained and kept in repair by the city at consumers’ expense. Meters to be furnished by the city at consumers’ expense.
