§ 50.07 MAINTENANCE OF SANITARY CONDITIONS.
   Persons accumulating garbage or rubbish shall comply with the following requirements.
   (A)   Rubbish in street. No person shall place any garbage or rubbish in any street, alley or other public place, or upon any private property owned by others. Nor shall any person throw or deposit any rubbish in any stream or other body of water.
   (B)   Scattering of rubbish. No person shall cast, place, sweep or deposit any garbage or rubbish in such a manner that it may be carried or deposited by the elements off his or her property within the city.
   (C)   Burning of rubbish and garbage. There shall be no out-of-doors burning in the city except for that which complies with the Minnesota Statutes on pollution control.
   (D)   Contagious disease rubbish. The removal of rubbish from homes or places where highly infectious or contagious diseases are present is prohibited. All such material shall only be disposed of in the manner required by law.
   (E)   Inflammable or explosive rubbish. Highly inflammable or explosive materials shall not be placed in totes for regular collection but shall be disposed of as directed by the Fire Chief at the expense of the owner or possessor thereof.
   (F)   Toxic or hazardous wastes. Toxic or hazardous wastes shall not be placed in regular totes, but shall be disposed of according to county and state regulations.
