Any person who fails to comply with a compliance order within the time set forth therein is subject to the penalty set forth in § 152.99. Nothing in this chapter, however, is deemed to limit other remedies or civil penalties available to the city under this code of ordinances or state law. Each day of such failure to comply shall constitute a separate punishable offense.
