Upon at least five business days' written notice to the appellant of the time and place for hearing the appeal, and within 30 calendar days after said appeal is filed, the Board of Appeals shall hold a hearing thereon. The Board of Appeals may reverse, modify, or affirm, in whole or in part, the compliance order and may order return of all or part of the filing fee if the appeal is upheld. In issuing its decision to affirm or modify the compliance order, the Board of Appeals shall set a designated time frame in which the appellant has to correct the identified violations.
