§ 152.13 ACTION PLAN.

The compliance officer may require an owner, occupant, or agent to complete an action plan within a designated time frame that indicates the steps that he/she/it will take to correct the identified violations and the measures he/she/it will take to ensure ongoing compliance with the city code of ordinances.
