(A)
Compliance officers are hereby authorized to make inspections reasonably necessary to the enforcement of this chapter.
(B) All compliance officers shall have the authority to enter, at all reasonable times, any rental dwelling or rental unit which is registered pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, in accordance with § 10.20 of this code of ordinances.
