§ 151.125 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

A Zoning Administrator or other official designated by the governing body shall administer and enforce this chapter. If the Zoning Administrator finds a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Zoning Administrator shall notify the person responsible for such violation in accordance with the procedures stated in § 151.999.
