§ 151.111 REPLACEMENT MANUFACTURED HOMES; EXISTING PARKS.
   (A)   The placement of new or replacement manufactured homes in existing manufactured home parks or on individual lots of record that are located in flood plain districts will be treated as a new structure and may be placed only if elevated in compliance with §§ 151.065 through 151.069. If vehicular road access for preexisting manufactured home parks is not provided in accordance with § 151.069(A), then replacement manufactured homes will not be allowed until the property owner(s) develops a flood warning emergency plan acceptable to the governing body.
   (B)   All manufactured homes must be securely anchored to an adequately anchored foundation system that resists flotation, collapse and lateral movement. Methods of anchoring may include, but are not to be limited to, use of over-the-top or frame ties to ground anchors. This requirement is in addition to applicable state or local anchoring requirements for resisting wind forces.
